My husband. ::sigh::
Korey decided at the beginning of last week to slide through a ceiling and dislocate his shoulder. That might be a gross over exaggeration. ;o) But suffice it to say that he was helping a lovely elderly lady carry boxes down from her attic when he stepped in the wrong spot and slipped through her ceiling. He caught himself (thank God) but dislocated and fractured his shoulder in the process. After 6+ hours at Vanderbilt, he's home with an unbelievably attractive sling and wonderful meds. After one good day at home, he was back at the grindstone... I could have titled this post "Stubborn". ...
This weekend, however, the two of us have clocked approximately 40 hours of sleep. The body has a way of saying "Yo! I need a break!" even when our minds make themselves up to get things accomplished. It's a good reminder that it's okay to sit down, enjoy life, and rest. ...right after that load of laundry... :o)
